How to get our broadband fixed

nbn service down for a week. Telstra website says there’s an outage.   Telstra app says there is no issue.  But we have no internet.  Smart modem failover not working.  Hot spotting off mobiles but its chewing up data and we are both working from home.  Cannot get answers or updates anywhere. call centre not answering.  Seems no way to contact a Telstra.  Any suggestions?
