I recently transferred the balance of my services to Telstra.
I recently arrived for work in China and will be working in USA in about one week.
My iPhone is not working!!!
When I was with Vodaphone/3 my phone would automatically connect to a local carrier and I would be able to make and receive calls.
Now my iPhone is in SOS ONLY mode.
This is a big problem.
I've tried turning my phone off and on again but this hasn't helped.
Can someone PLEASE let me know what to do to fix this problem?
This matter is both important and urgent!

Hi Falcon,
Are you now on the air in China and/or USA? For international roaming you can also activate online.
Cheers

Re: International Roaming
You need to enable International Roaming.... You can try LiveChat but I'm not sure if they can do this if your a new customer.

Re: International Roaming
Hi QuertFu,
Thanks very much for that!
I managed to get onto Telstra via LiveChat.
They were able configure International Roaming.
I'm now up and running.
Regards,
Falcon

Re: Live chat support
It is for receiving a call when you are overseas (typically in USA, Hong Kong & Singapore). It is charge by the network you are roaming on.

Happy to help
To confirm. Are you referring to roaming data, or calls made from overseas or other?
