International roaming
Is it true that I actually have to disable roaming and day pass to avoid overcharging.
My bill indicates I have been charged $20 to receive 2kB of data, while data roaming was turned off.

Re: International roaming
You need to turn off location services as it overrides the network settings and pings local towers.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
