internet access Telstra 4gx plus
I can't access the internet from my 4gx plus mobile. I've tried vpn settings, I have 10G of data that I can't use, I've done hard resets, updates, flightmode, but it has simply stopped working......please help?

If you have attempted a restart on the device and this has not fixed the problem.
I would recommend getting in touch with our mobile assurance team, who can be contacted on 13 22 00 and say "Mobile Phone Fault"
Once connected they can access your account securely and provide further support.
