@Clowns1510 I assume you have rung Bigpond Technical Support on 1800 834 273 (For NBN) Or 133 933 (For ADSL) Or 13 22 00 (Mobile Broadband) to find out what is happening?

 

I would go through the online support tool first to see if that picks up a fault as then you have a reference number to quote.

Then you need to report it (which you can't do here), 133933 for non-NBN, 1800 834 273 for NBN.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
