Lost phone & SIM overseas

I am currently overseas and lost my phone and SIM and need a replacement.

The overseas assistance number +61 439 125 109 does not take me to a customer service employee to arrange. Please help urgently.

If you are still needing help with this, please speak with our mobile team via the My Telstra App messaging service (link here https://tel.st/4fy9c). Just click on the "Get Help" menu icon and then click on the "Message Us" button and type "lost mobile phone" and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you with this. If you get stuck on the Codi chat bot, you can type "Consultant" to get through to a team member.
