Lost phone & SIM overseas

I am currently overseas and lost my phone and SIM and need a replacement.

The overseas assistance number +61 439 125 109 does not take me to a customer service employee to arrange. Please help urgently.

Just click on the "Get Help" menu icon and then click on the "Message Us" button and type "lost mobile phone" and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you with this. If you get stuck on the Codi chat bot, you can type "Consultant" to get through to a team member.
