Mine and my husbands mobiles are not working. saying no service

Mine and my husbands mobiles are not working, but I called and cancelled my tablet the other day. Has my entire account been cancelled instead??

Hello... This is a specific issue that you will need to speak to a Telstra person who has access to accounts. You can do this via Telstra Live Chat or 132200.
