Mobile message bank no longer working

Hi,

 

Up until recently I had message bank on my Telstra Pre-Paid mobile but it's no longer working. Instead I now get a text message notification when I miss a call. I've tried turning message bank back on but when I dial 101 it says "The number you have called is not available from this service," despite it working up until recently. I've tried calling Telstra multiple times but the 132200 number tells me they're not talking to customers and instead sends me useless text messages. I've even tried downloading the app but that wouldn't let me create an ID. I finally managed to do this though the website but couldn't link a service despite it acknowledging the device. 

To be clear I am the account holder and have been since the 1990's.
