Answered
Hi,
Just trying to find out how I can edit a voicemail message on mobile to upload a professional recorded message.
This is available in the states with Google and wouldn't have thought it was too hard to do.
Is there a function to upload a small mp3 clip to be used as your mobile voicemail?
Otherwise, is there a third party app that can do this?

You can't.
The best you could do was to use a high quality speaker to play it while the system records your personal greeting.
