Mobile Prepaid Activation still waiting 24hrs later
I didn't realise how bad it is to get through to someone at Telstra, if I knew I wouldn't have purchased a prepaid mobile sim card for my daughters phone and gone with another carrier, Telstra states 4 hrs to activate its now been 24 hrs and still nothing except the email advising 4 hrs waiting time yesterday and to try and get assistance, you have to sign up and still nothing, chat doesn't even work, I've sent 5 messages through messenger which they claim is very responsive. Got two post deleted off there facebook page, asking for assistance, this is the worse service. I'm going to give till the end of the day then I'm contacting the Ombudsman, I have paid for a service of $32 and received nothing and Telstra's customer service is non existent...very annoyed!!!
