Network connectivity

I am paying good money for a service that I can't use properly.  I have to walk around and find a spot then try not to move to either access the internet or make a phone call.  I live about 4km from a tower. My son is struggling to finish his school work as the network keeps dropping out. Will telstra supply me with a mobile booster so I can access the service that I am paying for?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Network connectivity

No. They won't provide you with a booster, but you can buy one (they're not cheap ~$1100).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
