New mobile service complaint

I am in Kiama and it is difficult to maintain internet pages or very very slow. Anyone else with same problem? Any solutions? What about other carriers?

According to https://www.telstra.com.au/coverage-networks/our-coverage, Kiama, NSW (I am guessing here) should have 4GX. Telstra is generally known to have best coverage outside of capital cities, so would be careful with other providers/carriers.
Can you do some speed testing and post some numbers? What handset/device do you have?

Does your iPhone indicate that you are connected to 4G? Is your iOS on the latest updates?

I have just updated the software.
I have 3G 1-2 bars
Just did another test
D 0.71, U 0.12.
On the coverage map, we are right on the edge.

That is suggesting two things:
1) you are limited to 3G due to distance and quality of the signal (please check if 4G is enabled in your iOS settings),
2) that there seems to be some congestion, I would expect slightly better speed than that on 2 bars... I have actually better one on 1 bar... Unfortunately, I cannot help with that.

Yes, the phone was 4G enabled and it has gone to 4G 1 bar now. 11:35am
Another test completed and D17.4, U1.68. Is this more what you would expect?
Seems just a bad spot even though higher elevation.

That's reasonable for 1 bar on 4G. Right now my iPhone 8+ has two bars and 11.1 down and 5.0 up...
