It’s version is telstraCatiqH6886

it doesn’t  seem to pair with the nbn modem?

Which modem is it?

Did you unregister the handset?

Did you run the registration sync on both modem and handset?

It didi work for a a few weeks

Have you factory reset the modem? That will clear all the settings and let you run the registration process again from scratch.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Yes have reset the modem. Front panel has three less reset button and usb port.

wifi led is on ..OK

Pair led is off..??

power led is on ..OK

Does the pair led illuminate when wireless handset is registered to modem?

The pair LED should Flash when it is in pairing mode. It should go solid when a device has paired (and then will switch off). If it goes red, then the pairing has timed out (not necessarily failed).

 

If you have tried to pair the handset while the Pair LED is not flashing, then it won't work. You need to put it into pairing mode and then try registering the handset (I think it stays in pairing mode for 5 minutes).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
