since telstra facebook carn't understand that when we loose home phone how the hell can we phone up telstra landline team since mobile coverage in Avondale Qld is crap, looks like the whole township is down or at least our block but still got web so must be a telstra issue not a line issue, can anyone tell me if they are trying to fix this problem yet ??

If this is not a known issue but you have dial tome on the home phone you can report the fault here http://goo.gl/pjo6Xx

If you do not have a dial tone you can ask for a friend or family member to call on 132200 and say 'home phone fault' and they can report it. If you need to report the net too you can do that online here http://goo.gl/rblwfk
