Is anyone else In the Mawson ACT area having trouble with outage since 21 July? It is NOT noted on the outage site but calling into Telstra have confirmed it is so. Terribly frustrating. I want to know if this is going to be permanent???? I have another year in my contract with Telstra!

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your mobile service in Mawson 2607.


In most cases, if there's a disruption affecting an area, it should be displayed on our outage page here & apologise for any confusion or concern if it isn't.


Rest assured though, if you've contacted us & we're aware of a disruption, our techs would be doing what they can to restore services to normal as quickly as they can. 


So you're aware, you can request a credit for a disruption online as per the instructions here
