Poor connection in Eatons Hill

Still having slow data connection and call drop outs on two different devices. Was originally told problems likely to be fixed by end of March, but still here. 4G speed tests of around 1.5 to 2Mbps. Pretty crappy for a premium priced service.
Can not upload a screen shot, as it keeps failing.

If not, please call Telstra Technical Support team on 133 933 they can run some tests and get this working again.

Internet has bene very slow in Hidden Valley Drive last 2 days plus last few months mobile drops out several times a day.

Still an ongoing outage issue in the Eatons Hill area (not listed on the outages page - was informed by Telstra customer support of issue), and still being sorted. Just got the latest bill and no reimbursement or compensation that the said would happen.
