Port in request on hold

Customer support mentioned it would just take 1 to 4 hours to complete port in request.

 

 

It’s been over 24 hours and the process is still not finished. I discovered the order was on hold when I enquired the below order number in Telstra order track. Would appreciate if someone could look into this.
