Service Degraded at Dooralong
I've had an open incident with Telstra to look into a service degradation near our tower. We live less than 1km from it.
We've noticed a big drop in our coverage in the last three months possibly since a electrical storm.
We've had a really nice tech come out and check levels, and look at the logs of the gear in the tower, and make sure the antennae on the tower are set correctly but can't see an issue.
We've texted him some screenshots of when we drop down to 3G service.
Does anyone know what could have happened to make the service drop in coverage?
