Slow data

I am still after contacting the ombudsmen about poor data speeds with my mobile yet to hear from you, some time ago i contacted telstra to resolve this, we tried all the trouble shooting steps and did not approve. I want out of the contract with nothing more to pay, i refuse to pay another bill for poor internet at a premium price. I have notified again the ombudsmen that after my complaint to them, Telstra still has not responded.....
