SOS ONLY 4G LTE small cell

In kiwirrkurra community, a number of our mobiles have recently begun showing SOS only etc. Sim in and out, power cycling, network resetting have produced network signal for approx. 30 seconds before reverting to SOS. The issue is on Apple and Android phones, but not affecting everyone. 

 

We have a Telstra small cell 4G LTE service only. Call over wifi works. 

 

Is it possible that there is a limited number of connections to this small cell?

Do the mobiles show “SOS only” at certain times of the day?.

All times of day. For days on end. No obvious reason as to why or the cause

Please include relevant information such as when the symptoms began, location etc.

They should be able to inform you of whether the problem is caused by a fault or congestion.
