Technical support

Waiting online and on phone for technical support 92 minutes & counting. This abject failure of Telstra reflects a company motivated more by profit than the provision of a safe reliable and efficient service. Highly incompetent, using the Covid-19 pandemic as an excuse for a crap service. My internet and landline had stopped working some 5 hours ago

There was a DoS attack on Telstra DNS servers this morning. Should be fixed now. Try restarting your router and devices.

Telstra have now admitted it wasn't a DoS attack and they had a "Technical Issue". Code for "We don't know what we're doing"

Yeah read the same article saying Telstra did a backflip on the cause of the outage.
