Telstra Mobile Smart Antenna (TMSA) Not Boosting Signal

I have had a 4GX TSMA with an external antenna for about four years.  We are currently only getting one-bar 4G reception on our mobile phones and broadband modems.  The TMSA is reporting five bars on the units.  

 

Is there anything I can do to adjust the TMSA to improve the reception to the devices.

 

We do not have a landline or wired internet so rely completely on hotspotting phones and the broadband modems running on 4G.  The internet connection has slowed to the point where it is getting unusable.  We have four mobile phones and three modems.
