Unable to make international calls on post paid

Unable to make international calls to the registered countries on my plan. Can someone please assist

same Im unable to make international calls.it keeps on saying call failed.

Yes I’m trying to connect to Telstra support however unable to get through to them. 
I’m actually having the issue on an iPhone wondering if it’s a network issue or something to do with iPhone updates, as my phone was recently updated to a new software.

Not sure if its something to do with your phone, ive updated my iphone 2 weeks ago and its perfectly ok. yesterday i made a phone call international and its ok. when i tried around 6pm its just saying call failed.
