WAN Connection Down

Hi Telstra.
This is the 3rd time in less than 10 days that out Broadband internet has stopped working.
The same error message each time is Your WAN connection is down.

I’m on hold waiting to report it. Last time I was on hold for 1 1/2 hours. You should be offering a call back service - this isn’t good enough!

Which type internet have you got (you have posted under the Mobiles and Tablets section - so Mobile Broadband would be the first guess)?
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
