Where is my modem and TV box bundle?

Order confirmation for delivery on 22nd of April, now June and I have still not been notified of any new delivery date, other than being told by Startrack delivery and Telstra that the other has lost the order. I still don't have internet access unlimited at home for study. Getting frustrated as I can't simply order it over again as they can't cancel the last one until they find it. Bad business handling on their part. Tracking number they gave me doesn't exist in couriers computer system. Go figure!!!!

You will need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). Someone should respond in a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
