Hi Romy1,
The only reference I've seen regarding 5G access on a Pre-Paid service is in the below link.
You'll see this wording: "Seriously Fast 5G
Stream, download, and post at seriously fast speeds with incredible 5G technology.
Telstra 5G: 5G access is available on Medium and above post-paid plans and $60+ Prepaid Complete recharges only. Telstra currently offers 5G in select areas and is progressively rolling it out to other areas. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4GX/4G or 3G. Check coverage at telstra.com/coverage
I'm not on the Pre-Paid Complete plan and I don't have a 5G mobile device therefore I haven't been able to test it out.

Re: Will Telstra Prepaid get 5G some time soon?
You would need to be on the Pre-Paid Complete plan
https://www.telstra.com.au/mobile-phones/prepaid-mobiles/offers-and-rates#sim-plans
Apparently there is a $60 recharge on the Complete plan although it's not easy for customer's to see on the website.
I found it in the above link by pressing on "Critical Information Summary"
$60 recharge includes 38GB Data with 28 day's expiry.
I'm presuming if you recharge $150/6 months expiry or the $300/12 months expiry you should be able to have access to 5G because these 2 are higher than $60.
