Hi CrowdSupport, and welcome to April! There’s no doubt that the last month has been a challenging one for all of us – around Australia, and the world. The COVID-19 situation has impacted individuals and businesses in unprecedented ways, and we’re doing our best to keep you supported through this difficult time.


We’ve put together the Keeping you supported during COVID-19 (Coronavirus) page, to help you find the support you need from Telstra. We’ll also keep you updated on Telstra Exchange, and share tips on how to be aware of cybercriminals capitalising on COVID-19 and what to watch out for.


This month, we were very excited to share the launch of the My Telstra app, which will replace the Telstra 24x7 App. My Telstra is the new, easier way to manage your Telstra account and services, find information and support, shop and redeem Telstra Plus points. Find out more about My Telstra.


We also looked at the many reasons to make the switch from paper to email bills – plus, we’ve made it easy to switch, with three simple ways you can change your billing preferences online.


It’s been an exciting first few days of April too, with the launch of four new devices:

Motorola Razr 4G Fold – the return of an iconic flip phone, re-invented.  

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip – a full smartphone experience at half the size.


Samsung Galaxy A51 – with an immersive display, Quad Cam, and long-lasting, fast charging battery.  


Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro – a tablet with a rugged design and filled with features you’ll love.
