Foxtel from Telstra - Entertainment On Us Offer (standalone)

Tired of missing out on your favourite TV shows, don’t want to miss out on watching your team live? Well there has never been a better time to take up Foxtel from Telstra with our new Entertainment On Us offer.

What is it?
From the 31st of October 2017 until the 31st of March 2018, new Foxtel from Telstra customers will receive the Entertainment Package on us for 12 months when they take up at least one of our premium packages (Drama, Movies or Sport), or spend at least $20 on any combination of additional packages (eg. kids, docos, entertainment plus, HD). We will also throw in the iQ3 set top box for $0.

But wait, there’s more – anyone who takes up the 12 month offer can also change their package up to once per month and still continue to receive the Entertainment discount ( (provided  they continue to meet the minimum spend conditions)The Foxtel Online Self Service tool makes it easier than ever to make these changes, so make sure you head to My Telstra to take control of your Foxtel from Telstra service.

Who is eligible?
This offer is only available to new Foxtel from Telstra customers on a 12 month contract.


Compatibility
• Offer not compatible with any other in-market Foxtel from Telstra offers
• Offer not compatible with the Home Internet Entertainment Plus Bundle
• Offer not applicable to existing Foxtel or Foxtel from Telstra subscribers, or customers who have had any Foxtel service in the last 3 months.

How did you subscribe to AFL Live Pass? (Google Play/iTunes, AFL Website or Telstra Mobile Customer) 

 

If you are a Telstra Mobile customer I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the AFL Live App and following the below steps 

 

Ensure you are connected to the Telstra Mobile network and redeem your free AFL Live Pass Offer by following the prompts.

1) Open AFL Live App

2) Select your Favourite Team

3) Allow AFL Live App to send notifications

4) Confirm you are Over-18

5) Agree to share location data

6) You will then see a screen which has “Congratulations” and a green “Start Watching Now” button at the bottom. Click this button.

You should then be able to access your AFL Live Pass on your mobile device.

Telstra TV i HAVE ONLY ONE MY APP THAT DOES NOT DOWNLOAD IS 7plus , why would that be ?

We are losing channel after channel... i want to cancel my foxtel.. in this difficult time i need to be free of non-essential expenses.

 

There seems to be no way i can do this, the excuse being the lines are busy. Do your business on the app or the website. This seems impossible...

I need to cancel my Telstra Foxtel account but can't because no one is answering the phone and the app doesn't let me do it.

How do I cancel an account? I am receiving bills and have no intention of paying them.
