What is it?
From the 31st of October 2017 until the 31st of March 2018, new Foxtel from Telstra customers will receive the Entertainment Package on us for 12 months when they take up at least one of our premium packages (Drama, Movies or Sport), or spend at least $20 on any combination of additional packages (eg. kids, docos, entertainment plus, HD). We will also throw in the iQ3 set top box for $0.

But wait, there’s more – anyone who takes up the 12 month offer can also change their package up to once per month and still continue to receive the Entertainment discount ( (provided  they continue to meet the minimum spend conditions)The Foxtel Online Self Service tool makes it easier than ever to make these changes, so make sure you head to My Telstra to take control of your Foxtel from Telstra service.

Who is eligible?
This offer is only available to new Foxtel from Telstra customers on a 12 month contract.

• Offer not compatible with any other in-market Foxtel from Telstra offers
• Offer not compatible with the Home Internet Entertainment Plus Bundle
• Offer not applicable to existing Foxtel or Foxtel from Telstra subscribers, or customers who have had any Foxtel service in the last 3 months.

Do you have HD? The $111 price does not include the HD pack which is an additional $10 monthly.

Just got told I have to put a seperate line in for the Foxtel. I have been told to ring austrAustr business solutions to put it in.i don't understand, I have NBN line in and a landline. Please explain I don't understand?????

Sorry for the confusion. The NBN doesn't carry the signal for Foxtel. It's only available through a cable or satellite connection. Do you currently have Foxtel? - Matthew.

Thanks Matty,  I wish they told before I went through all this.  I need to cancel my order, because I live in apartments and it will be a nightmare to arrange

Just Registered


I just upgraded my mobile and chose the slightly higher plan to get Foxtel Now. We can't find the offer. I have been to the telstra store and they have confirmed that i have it on my business plan.

I have downloaded the app and checked my offers but all i have are bigpond movies,  netball, nrl, and some other sport.

The people at the telstra store couldn't help me other than to give me support to contact.  Please help to add the foxtel now to my account. Thanks.

As I have had Foxtel for Five years as much as I have enjoyed watching  a great number of shows , at the same time I am very disappointed  in the amount of repeats and the cant stand the thought that I am paying to watch adds. I at no time do  remember stating that I am willing to pay ADVERTISEMENTS. Should I be doing up an account to Telstra or Foxtel (or both not sure who yet) for my wasted time watching reruns and ADVERTISEMENTS.
