What is it?
From the 31st of October 2017 until the 31st of March 2018, new Foxtel from Telstra customers will receive the Entertainment Package on us for 12 months when they take up at least one of our premium packages (Drama, Movies or Sport), or spend at least $20 on any combination of additional packages (eg. kids, docos, entertainment plus, HD). We will also throw in the iQ3 set top box for $0.

But wait, there’s more – anyone who takes up the 12 month offer can also change their package up to once per month and still continue to receive the Entertainment discount ( (provided  they continue to meet the minimum spend conditions)The Foxtel Online Self Service tool makes it easier than ever to make these changes, so make sure you head to My Telstra to take control of your Foxtel from Telstra service.

Who is eligible?
This offer is only available to new Foxtel from Telstra customers on a 12 month contract.

• Offer not compatible with any other in-market Foxtel from Telstra offers
• Offer not compatible with the Home Internet Entertainment Plus Bundle
• Offer not applicable to existing Foxtel or Foxtel from Telstra subscribers, or customers who have had any Foxtel service in the last 3 months.

Sorry to see there have been issues cancelling your Foxtel from Telstra service,

unfortunately Crowd Support does not have access to customer accounts to investigate or cancel.


All cancellations are directed to the disconnections team, this team can be contacted

by ringing 13 22 00 and state 'close my account' or disconnect when prompted.


There are delays at the moment due to COVID 19, but I just tested then and 10 minutes was

the expected wait time to get through to disconnections, although this will fluctuate.

Thanks for your message, apologies for any issues managing your Foxtel offer.


We are unable to access customer accounts on Crowd Support to action your request, and due to the impacts of COVID 19

our call centres are prioritising urgent critical requests for support.


Generally to manage a Foxtel account you would ring 132200 and specify Foxtel, however currently there are still significant delays

and we may not be able to take your call at this point in time.

@waussiejones you need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). Make sure that you include your full name and that you want to cancel your Foxtel service. Someone will get back to you in a few hours/couple of days.


I am a long time Telstra customer and Foxtel customer. About 12 months ago I needed a emplacement IQ2 box. The one I received I have never been able to get pay movies as it tells me I have insufficient funds. The code is F013.

I have put up with this for about 12 months. I have tried to explain this in the past on the phone but have had no luck.

I pay $200 a month for IQ2 which includes premium Foxtel and broadband plan. However, I see that you can get better deals with IQ4 if you are a new customer! How does that work?

Another reason not to get Foxtel through Telstra.  Foxtel customers get GOLFTV access till December 2021.  Telstra customers do not.  Nothing like feeling special being a Telstra customer for 20+ years.  Aren't I a silly loyal customer
