From 30 April 2019, the Garmin Navigator service will no longer be available from Telstra.
The Garmin Navigator App is no longer available for download from the Google Play Store and Apple Store, and support for the platform will cease on 30 April 2019. From this date, the app will cease to function and navigation capabilities will be unavailable.
A range of alternative apps are available from your device app store, including Apple Maps, Google Maps, Nokia Drive Here, Bing Maps, Whereis and Map Quest. Many smartphones and tablets will come with one of these (or another navigation app) pre-installed.
If you are have a monthly subscription to the Garmin Navigator app, we stopped charging you in January 2019. You won’t need to do anything else, as your subscription will be automatically cancelled and can delete the app from your device.
If you have purchased a 12-month subscription to the Garmin Navigator service, you’ll receive a credit for the months remaining from January 2019. You won’t need to do anything else, as your refund will be automatic, and your subscription will not be renewed. Simply delete the Garmin Navigator app from your device.
