How do I view or print my bill in the My Telstra App or My Account?

To view your bill in the My Telstra App

View your current bill

Simply sign in to the My Telstra App using your Telstra ID and select the Payments tab.

 

View a previous bill

Once you’ve signed into the app, select Payments, and select your billing account. Scroll down to, and tap View previous bills. Scroll sideways through the graph and pick the month you want to view. Tap Download PDF bill.



You can view up to 11 of your previous bills using the app.

 

Printing a bill

To print your bill simply tap on Download PDF bill and print from your device.

 

Looking for a particular payment

Payments you’ve made can take up to 48 hours to appear in the app.

Good to know: When downloading make sure you check the bill file size, as it may count towards your data allowance.

If you’ve accessed the bill on a mobile that you can’t print from, send the PDF to your preferred email address to print from there.

To view your bill in My Account

You can view, download or print off your current bill - and up to 13 previous bills - online via My Account.

How do I find my bills online?

  1. Sign in to My Account using your Telstra ID
  2. If you have more than one account, you will need to select the relevant account from the blue bar at the top of the screen
  3. To access your previous 13 months of Telstra bills via My Account select View bill history.

 

 

Want to view your last 13 bills as PDFs?

  • To open and view PDF files you’ll need to install Adobe PDF Reader
  • To download each bill, hover over the bar for the month you want to view, and select download PDF.

Want to print off your bills?
Once each bill is downloaded, simply print the PDF file for a paper copy.

Want to see bills older than 13 months?
Chat with us if you would like copies of your bills older than 13 months.

Good to know: If you’ve been receiving Email Bills, search your inbox for ‘Telstra bill’ and unless you have previously deleted them, you should be able to see all previous bills sent to that email address.

Need to see your final bill with Telstra?
No problem. We’ll send your final bill to you via post so you have a physical copy. Make sure your postal details are up to date in My Account.
