Galaxy Watch Active2 is not a medical/therapeutic device. Fitness and health functions including stress management and sleep monitoring are for informational purposes only. Using Samsung Health app with Galaxy Active requires signup and pairing with your compatible smartphone. Smartphone pairing is recommended in order to keep data stored. Subscription fees may apply.

I ordered a Samsung Active 2 smartwatch on-line on 17/11/19 and received an email from Telstra thanking me for the order and advising the following details:
Order Reference / Invoice No: ACC50297
Date Placed: 17/11/2019
Date Invoiced: 17/11/2019
Customer Name: Mr Mike Pont

The email also stated that "We aim to deliver all orders within two business days in metro areas and five business days in regional areas (subject to stock availability and location)."

I'm located in Brisbane and was therefore expecting to take delivery of the watch this week so I could take advantage of the Samsung free Galaxy Buds offer which expires 25/11/19 worth $249- you need to have purchased a qualifying Samsung product (ie the watch) and then go to the Samsung offer redemption site and supply proof of purchase along with the serial number

So now it's been 3 business days since my order was placed and no watch. No one from Telstra can advise as to the order status - are the watches in stock and when will it get shipped? Who knows ?

I find it incredible that no-one can advise as to the order status - ie is the watch in stock and when can I expect delivery?
