would be great if we received our pre orders from February especially when you read on the OPTUS page that the SAMSUNG GALAXY S20 ULTRA 5G is "available now. Free Delivery online within 2 weeks" when we have been waiting since release after our pre orders.

I have been trying to upgrade my Grandmothers phone to this - But since COVID -19 its impossible to get incontact with anyone at telstra - I have tried ordering it online - but it comes up with an error. have been on the the phone waiting for 2 hours & it just hangs up after 40 mins. anyone go any ideas ?

What was the error message? Has your Grandmother previously provided authority to Telstra

for you to act on her behalf?


No one here on Crowd Support is able to access accounts to investigate, attempting to upgrade via the My Telstra/24x7 Apps is also possible,

but my concern is whether you have authority, this may be related to the error messages.
