Managing your pre-paid service online is easy using the My Telstra App, or My Account.

Activate your pre-paid SIM card

It’s easy to activate your Telstra Pre-Paid SIM card online – all you need is your SIM serial number or service number (found on your SIM Starter Kit or the packaging your device came in) and valid ID.

Here’s the instructions you need to activate your pre-paid SIM.

Looking to change your pre-paid plan? You can using the My Telstra App or My Account.

Pre-paid print tax statement

If you have a pre-paid service, you can view and print off tax invoice statements for the last 5 calendar months by logging into My Account. You can also check your balance and usage history online.

Here’s how to print a pre-paid tax invoice.

Recharge in a flash! You can check your balance, recharge and manage your phone service when you’re on the go with the My Telstra App. You can also recharge your pre-paid service using My Account.

I recharged $40 today and I didn't know that my youngest son was playing with my phone n must of changed the plan I was on for a long time so is there anything you can do to help me please

There's only two current Pre-Paid plans, Pre-Paid Complete and Pre-Paid Long Life Plus.


If you were on a Pre-paid plan other than those two before your son changed the plan then unfortunately you won't be able to go back onto that plan.
