These are for new Foxtel and Foxtel from Telstra customers only to encourage those that haven’t tried Foxtel from Telstra before to experience the benefits of the great entertainment packages on offer.

 

Both of these offers come with no upfront fees (provided you do not require non-standard installation) and are on 12 month offer terms. After 12 months you will roll onto standard month to month subscription rates, unless you cancel.

Incompatibility

  • Both offers are incompatible with any other in-market Foxtel from Telstra offers.
  • Both offers are incompatible with any bundle which includes Foxtel from Telstra (i.e. Unlimited Home Broadband + Foxtel Sport or Unlimited Home Broadband + Foxtel Platinum HD).

Frequently Asked Questions

 

When will the offer end?
You will receive the pricing detailed in the tables above for the length of your contract (12 months), provided you remain on the package combination associated with your offer. Your bill will move to standard charging after this contract period, should you choose to stay connected. Please note, that the Platinum HD offer is only available at point of sale. You will not receive the pricing detailed in the “Platinum HD Offer” table if you sign up to this package during your contract period.

 

How long is the offer valid?
12 months.

 

How will I know when my contract term/offer period is finished?
With My Telstra in app or in a browser, you can see your ‘Contract Dates’. This is the same date as the offer end date.

 

If I want to make changes to my packages during my contract? 
You can add additional packages or swap packages (provided they are of the same value or greater) via the Foxtel Online Self Service (FOSS) Tool in My Telstra, or by phoning 13 22 00 and saying “package change.”

 

Do I need to wait until Foxtel from Telstra is installed at my premise to start watching content?
No, you can access Foxtel from Telstra content almost straight away after signing up. Simply create your Foxtel ID and then sign into the Foxtel GO app to enjoy access to this content.

 

What if I want to watch content on more than 1 TV?
For additional fees, you can take up a Multiroom or Multiroom Casting service to experience Foxtel from Telstra in more than one room in their home.

 

I already have Foxtel from Telstra, why aren’t I being offered a deal like this?
As an existing subscriber to Foxtel from Telstra, we hope you are enjoying the service! This offer however is to encourage those that haven’t tried Foxtel from Telstra before to experience the benefits of the great entertainment packages on offer.

How do I add BBC First to my Foxtel Now free package which came with updated internet and phone bundle.  Can't find any way to register and pay.
