We’ve been advised that this issue has now been resolved. iOS users should now be able to activate their Telstra Plus Kayo and Stan benefits and Binge offers using the browser of their choice.

If you're still experiencing issues activating your benefits and offers, please try again using an different browser.

We've also extended the Telstra Plus Kayo benefit for Silver and Gold members. Please visit www.telstra.com.au/plus for more details.

Update 19/06/20:
We are aware of an issue impacting some Apple iOS customers which is causing issues when activating their Telstra Plus Kayo and Stan benefits. This is affecting a range of Apple devices.
 
While we work to resolve this, please activate your Telstra Plus benefit using a different browser.

I want to activate my Telstra plus one month free Kayo offer. how can I do this on iPad with the current issue?
I understand the offer only runs till June 30. I don’t want to miss out

I've attempted to access these offers via Chrome,  Edge, Safari and iOS and nothing - all attempts are saying 'This benefit is currently unavailable' and has so for several weeks.

Is this forum even be monitored or am I talking to myself. I do need some help with my 3 months free kayo activation.

I activated my Telstra plus 3month free Kayo offer on the 9th of June (can't remember which browser I used). It all went thru but when I signed into kayo acct it only shows 2 weeks free trial period. I chatted with Kayo support and they said just to cancel and try activating again via the T Plus site.

 

Well of course after I cancelled today and went to activate the 3mths free thing again...it says "You activated this benefit on 09 June 2020" and let me sign up.

Can you pls reset that flag (or whatever condition) so that I can have the 3 months free kayo again?

I have tried this today for Stan.  I waited till I had time to watch and data. Will this be up and running soon? Disappointing Telstra.

How do we take this Kayo offer up?

I tried reactivating my Kayo account and can't get through either. I was on the Kayo site yesterday and they told me to go through my Telstra account to reactivate. (Which I did) The special price of $15 was supposed to be applied but I have been charged $24.99 and when I got onto Kayo this morning they told me to cancel my subscription and resubscribe using the Telstra Hub. Easier said than done I want to know if I will ever get the special deal or will I have to pay full price from now on
