You asked, we listened. This month, we’ve been busy reviewing your feedback through My Telstra and the App Store. It’s now easier to view your payment options in the app, and your bill summary is personalised to help you set up or manage your direct debit. We’ve also completed general IT and software fixes to give you the best experience in the app.
Lost your phone or tablet?
Device Locator in the Get help section of the app can help you find it. Track down your registered Telstra iOS and Android mobile phones and SIM-enabled tablets by viewing your devices on one map.
In future, Device Locator will be able to play a sound to help you find your trusty tech faster. You’ll also be able to leave a message on your device’s screen, so a good samaritan can help return it.

5G network access trial
If you’re on an eligible plan, you’ll now be able to view your 5G network access in the app. The date the 5G trial expires will also be displayed on the Service summary screen.

Handy reminders
Never miss a memo again. We can help you stay on top of your bills with more personalised push notifications.

How do I get the My Telstra app?
Simply visit the App Store or Google Play and search for My Telstra.

Existing Telstra 24x7 app users may need to manually upgrade their app by searching My Telstra in their app store, then tapping update.

One thing you could do to improve My Telstra is to actually make sure it works. At the moment you more often get stuck in some endless loop of stupid bot questions before it disconnects
