See your modem information, plus all the devices connected to your Wi-Fi network and their signal strength. Simply head to your internet summary or the Get help tab.
Mobile speed check
Last month, we introduced our Wi-Fi speed test feature. This month, we’re doing the same for your mobile service.
Check the speed on your mobile device and we’ll show you the upload and download speeds you’re getting. We’ll also provide a rating performance across a range of activities such as browsing the internet, video calling, HD streaming, and online gaming.
Earn more Telstra Plus points
It’s now easier to see how you can give your Telstra Plus points balance a boost. View the latest offers from Telstra and our partners so you can earn extra points.
Use points to pay
You can now use your Telstra Plus points to pay for your Device Protect subscription. To do this, head to your service summary screen and select the Extras tab.
Keeping you informed
The My Telstra app will keep you informed of any important changes or updates to your account or services. You’ll see these messages in the notifications centre located at the top of the screen.
