Account lookup failed 403

I get the error Account lookup failed 403 everytime I attempt to login to my nrl account through the nrl app.

It works online correctly.

I use Facebook for login, I have cleared cookies and reinstalled the app and tried on multiple handsets.

Now I cannot watch inside pa premium videos because of this error.

Please fix ASAP
