How can I get rid of Error 6?

Whenever I start watching on the NRL app, after about 2 minutes it stops streaming & comes up with Error 6.

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the NRL Live App. 

 

What device are you using to access the NRL Live App? (mobile/tablet, make/model etc) 

What version of iOS or Android is your device running? 

 

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the NRL Live App to see if this assists?

My Mobile device is an iPhone XR with iOS 12.2, I’m with Optus in Sydney NSW.
There is no issues with my mobile data & my NRL Live app is fully up to date in both weekly payments & updates.

I uninstalled & reinstalled the NRL Live app + reset my mobile multiple times during the 1st NRL match last night, only for the app to work for just 5 minutes each time I repeated that process before Error 6 would reoccur.
This is now the 3rd week in a row this has happened.

As a paying subscriber I find this completely unfair as it’s just $$ down the drain.
By the end of the 1st match last night I’d had enough & downloaded + subscribed to Kayo for the 2nd match where I had no issues at all.
However I am now subscribed to 2 streaming services.
If this issue isn’t resolved by the end of my 2 week free trial with Kayo, I will be Unsubscribing from the NRL Live app.

Apologies for the issues experienced using the NRL App

 

The tech team have identified and resolved an issue impacting connections to

live streams, however there may be another issue in your case as the issue has

not been present for 3 weeks.

 

Could you please test again and let me know how you go? We may need to 

investigate further.
