Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the NRL Live App.
Are you getting any error messages?
What device are you using to access the NRL Live App? (mobile/tablet, make/model etc)
What version of iOS or Android is your device running?
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the NRL Live App to see if this assists?
Are you having the same problem on both Wi-Fi and 4G internet connections?
Are you subscribed as a Telstra Mobile customer or to a paid subscription via Google Play/iTunes?
