NRL live app

Hey,

 

I’ve been using my NRL live app to watch the trials, specifically, the Parramatta Eels trial vs Penrith and the app keeps giving me an error message saying I need to subscribe. 

 

I have a valid subscription under my Apple ID <Removed for Privacy>

 

Please help?

What device are you using to access the NRL Live App? 

What version of iOS/Android is your device running?

 

Does this error only occur when switching the live stream to full screen?
