NRL live pass issues

Ever since when the nrl 9‘s were on a month ago nrl live pass hasn’t been working properly. On the Friday night of the nrl 9‘s nrl live pass stopped working for an hour and ever since then it has had issues with consistency. It will always pause unexpectedly and the only way to fix this is to go out of the game and then back in again. Could someone please fix this as it’s very annoying and if fixed it would make live pass worth 5 stars again!

Hello @WackoJacko2456,

 

Sorry to see there have been quality issues when accessing the live stream within the NRL App.

 

There was an outage for approximately an hour during the NRL 9's, but we have not had other reports

of quality issues since, apart from this thread. 

 

The first step would be to reinstall the NRL App, and if an Android device to also clear the App memory

(settings>applications>NRL>storage)

 

If still no luck try an alternate internet connection if possible as a test, if using Wi-Fi turn your modem off, wait a few minutes before turning on again, this should reset the IP address.

 

Turning your phone off and on will also reset the connection to the Mobile network.

 

If none of that helps could you both please provide the device details including the iOS/Android version, and confirm

what troubleshooting has been attempted? We can then attempt to replicate the fault.

(settings>about or settings>general>about for device details)

Yep exact same issues.  Add in poor quality video most of the time, barely able to make out players.  None of these issues last year.

I had live pass last year and it had none of these issues! Mine also has very poor quality video as well!
