Nrl live pass

It would appear that my iPad 10.3.3 is not compatible to allow streaming  of the NRL Live Pass.

Is there anything I can do other than applying for refund.

Sorry to see you're having issues accessing your NRL Live Pass,

have you checked to see if an update is available for your iPad?
