The terms and conditions for season 2020 of the NRL Live Pass can be found here.

If you have subscribed or are eligible for a free NRL Live Pass, please remember to redeem your Live Pass in the NRL App to gain access your subscription.

If you are a Telstra mobile customer, please open the NRL App on your Telstra mobile

while connected to 4G (turn off Wi-Fi). Please select 'Free for Telstra mobile customer'

to redeem the free NRL Live Pass.

If you have purchased an NRL Live Pass in the App Store or Play Store, please

open the NRL App and select 'Restore app store purchase'.

Once you have redeemed the Live Pass, you then have the option to link an

email address (NRL Account) in order to be able to sign in rather than redeem.

Please select 'ask a question' at the top of the page if there are any further questions
