Oops technical error message

I can’t get my live pass subscription to work I have tried deleting the app and reinstall ING after restarting phone I have also reset phone back to factory settings and painstakingly retaken over 800 photos at a personal cost of $65,000 dollars ( flying 6 people to 15 different European destinations is rather costly ) as well as my marriage and the rights to be a father to my children please help me get the NRL app to work because at this stage all I have is live streaming NRL matches (not including state of origin or the grand final ) on a screen no larger than 7” to keep me happy

We definitely want to make sure that this is working as smoothly as possible. Can you please provide following details:

 

- To confirm, are you trying to access via the NRL Live app?

- Does this only occur during live matches?

- What device/OS/version are you running?

 

If you experience deteriorating stream quality, an audio only feed or intermittent buffering/loading while watching a live match on your compatible mobile, please move to a location with better mobile network coverage or connect your device to a WiFi network (if available within the venue), or try again after a short duration in between the drop-outs.

 

If you're having any difficulty streaming, I'd recommend attempting the steps here as this will help resolve most issues you encounter.
