Videos not playing

I can't watch any of the videos on my phone come up error 6

I have already deleted the app and cache and reloaded and it is still doing it

What device are you using to acces the NRL Live App? 

What version of iOS or Android is your device running? 

 

Do you get the same error when connected to both Wi-Fi and 4G internet connections?

I am using N iphone 10+ running the latest iOS. It is doing it on both 4G and wifi. The ads play but nothing else

I'm going to pass this on to the technical team to see if they have any further information about the Error 6 message you're getting. 

 

To confirm (because they will ask for the exact numbers) you are running iOS 12.4 on your device? 

 

Is this the same for all videos in the NRL Live App? (full match replays, highlights etc)

Confirming IOS 12.4 on my.phone.  I was able to watch the game last night but I can't watch any videos today. Like the highlights one from last nights game.

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
