Hey my Kayo NRL $5 offer got cancelled by accident ?

Hey my Debit card got scammed, so, I was unable to pay my subscription for April , due to the facts, that I didn’t have a new card in my pocession ??
All I want from Telstra is a bit common sense and reset my Kayo profile so the offer recommences??

Is there any chance you can also escalate this internally to Telstra :Kayo team.

 

I have tried to get a satisfactory conclusion since last Wednesday, but no Successful conclusion??

I am sick and tired of being passed off from getting this solution sorted.

 

I must of been onto Messager system  25 x times now.

Just need a Manager to take control.
