Kayo $5 offer not working

I am trying to activate the Kayo deal you have going for all Telstra customers. I go through all the appropriate links and then the prompts say that I will receive a confirmation code to continue with my purchase. This doesn't get sent to my mobile. No other way of signing up. Not very helpful.

In order to have the issue corrected, you will need to contact us via the support methods mentioned

previously, messaging in the Get Help tab of the My Telstra App, 13 22 00, or visiting in store.
